Lines we do not cross.

We work with

• Adults (18+) operating lawful, consensual creator businesses, whatever their publicly self-described content market
• Agencies, studios, tool vendors and brands serving those creators lawfully

We do not work with, or on

• Anyone under 18, or any content involving or depicting minors
• Non-consensual material, or material whose consent and rights are unclear
• Synthetic or AI-generated sexual depictions of real people
• Businesses whose model depends on impersonating creators, bought engagement, spam, account purchase or deception of supporters
• Anything unlawful in the United States or California

Directory listings

• Listings are created only by the creator (or their authorised representative) and verified by a code the creator places in their own platform bio. We never scrape, import or copy profiles, bios or images.
• Tags describe the creator's public content in their own words. We do not infer orientation, body, ethnicity or any other trait; creators choose whether to state any of it.
• Tags implying minors, non-consent, incest, bestiality, trafficking or illegal acts do not exist in the taxonomy and cannot be searched for; such queries are refused.
• Any report of a possible minor or non-consensual content hides the listing immediately pending review.
• Profile cards and pages are non-explicit. Links go to the creator's own platforms.

Explicit material

We do not host, store, produce, edit, review, transmit or request sexually explicit media, and our systems reject it. Clients keep explicit content on the platforms they choose and remain responsible for records and compliance there, including any record-keeping obligations that apply to producers. Public discovery pages we build are non-explicit.

Platform rules

Plans and campaigns are designed inside each platform's published terms. Our planner records which channels permit paid promotion for this category and which do not. We do not evade platform enforcement, automate messaging, or create or operate accounts for clients.

Reporting a concern

If you believe anyone connected to XXXLR8 has acted outside this policy, or that content associated with a client is non-consensual or involves a minor, tell us through the contact form. We act on credible reports immediately, including ending engagements and notifying authorities where required.
