Terms of use
Plain terms for this site.
Effective 2026-10-15. Draft prepared for licensed legal review. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that prevails over these terms.
Using the site and tools
xxxlr8.com, the Creator Growth Audit, the growth model, the sprint planner and the Growth OS demo are provided by iDesign4Solutions (ID4S) for informational and planning purposes. You may use them for your own lawful creator business. You may not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer the service side, or use the tools to plan anything that breaks a platform's terms or the law.
No guarantees
The audit score, roadmaps, model outputs and plans are estimates built from rules and your own inputs. They are not predictions, financial advice or promises of subscribers, reach, rankings or income. Results depend on your content, your audience, platform behaviour and your execution.
Adults and lawful content only
You must be 18 or older to use this site or apply. We work only with lawful, consensual creator businesses. We do not host, store, produce or request explicit media, and you must not upload or send it to us.
Inquiries and proposals
Submitting the form is not a contract. Any prices shown are proposed hypotheses for the founding cohort. An engagement starts only when both parties sign a written agreement that sets scope, price, approvals, reporting, confidentiality and cancellation.
Intellectual property
You own your content and brand. Deliverables we create for you under a paid agreement are yours on payment, as that agreement states. The site, its design system, the audit rules and the Growth OS remain ours.
AI assistance
We may use AI tools to help draft documents and code internally. Nothing on this site is an AI chat; the audit, model and planner are deterministic rules. We will tell you if any client-facing deliverable was substantially AI-generated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ID4S is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its free tools. Liability under a paid agreement is set by that agreement.
Governing law
California, USA. If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies.
